The IHF Health Club offers a next level fitness experience with dazzling interiors that make you feel like an employee at Google's headquarters! Offering, among other options, health coaching, group fitness and yoga, this impressive facility, located at The Crossing on Cashel Street, is a stone's throw from Ballantynes and H&M.

Bringing a premium gym to life took many different designers, working with multiple flooring and paving materials for a mix of wood and marble aesthetics. However, when it came to painting the gym, Competitive Painters name stood clear above the competition.

Moving from earthly mushroom in the gym and yoga rooms themselves to silver slate in the showers and bathrooms, the colour palette of this exclusive gym is offset by wood paneling and stone walls throughout. The effect is to make members feel as if they're away on retreat — even though the gym is slap in the middle of the city!

The IHF Health Club has only just opened, but already it has plenty of programs in store for its members, including PRAMA group fitness in an LED lit room and colour riding with IHF Ride. Plus, members can get their meals direct from the members lounge café, including protein smoothies, chia puddings, free range eggs on toast, lunch bowls, wraps and much more!
